Product Description
The JP045 is a fantastic starter model Eb Alto Saxophone which, through an extensive period of research and development, has achieved a level of performance usually reserved for instruments much more expensive. This new design JP instrument is solidly built and durable, standing the test of time in many UK education establishments. The JP045 has garnered much praise from many experts within the industry who have described it as "a professional standard instrument" and as playing "better than most saxes that cost ten times as much and outclasses anything else in a similar price range."

The instrument also features many high specification elements such as an underslung 8ve mechanism, blue steel springs and a high F# and front F keys. Well crafted, the instrument is durable and robust with a fully ribbed construction and a double spine on B & C. Italian leather pads and resonator pads are equipped as standard.

The JP045 is supplied with everything that is needed to get a new player started. The instrument is supplied with a JP Mouthpiece, lightweight case and starter accessory pack including mouthpiece cap, ligature and JP reed. The case is well designed to be robust yet lightweight and to provide as much protection to your instrument as possible. It is equipped with backpack straps and a comfortable shoulder strap as standard and also includes a small storage pocket accessible from the outside suitable for storing small accessories and sheet music.

Manufactured to a high quality standard as is expected with all JP Instruments, The JP045 Eb Alto Saxophone is guaranteed for 12 months against faulty manufacturing or materials and is fully tested prior to sale.

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. After 14 days of the date of your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Books, Cd's and magazines are non-returnable.
  • Downloadable software products
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after purchase date.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so choose carefully.

If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at accounts@shearersmusic.co.nz.

Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 

If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumers Guarantee Act to provide a solution.

We only replace items if they are damaged or unfixable. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at accounts@shearersmusic.co.nz and send your item to:

Shearers Music Works cannot accept cancellation for product that has to be imported specially at the customer’s request. A deposit may be required at the time of order, and these products can only be returned if the product is faulty or does not conform to the product specifications.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track and trace service so that you can track your returned item to us.
