With large linear faders for easy visibility under low-light conditions, the 10-channel MG10XUF carries on Yamaha's
tradition of great sound, delivering Class-A D-PRE microphone preamps and SPX onboard effects. Ideal for recording,
live music and installed applications, the MG10XUF boasts an intuitive, easy-to-use interface and rock-solid construction
that's designed to stand up to professional use. Yamaha's state-of-the-art, discrete, studio-grade Class-A D-PRE
microphone preamplifiers utilize inverted Darlington circuitry to deliver outstanding sonic quality with ample power at
low impedance. The high-resolution sound of D-PRE preamps is a beloved feature of Yamaha's professional mixers,
satisfying the requirements of the most demanding sound engineers. With big, natural sounding bass, a rich midrange,
and smooth highs—all with very low distortion—D-PRE preamps offer an impressively wide frequency range that handles
signals from any audio source without coloration, faithfully retaining the most detailed nuances of the original sound.
An upgraded single-knob compressor makes it possible to add optimized compression to a wide variety of input sources
via a single control. Yamaha’s acclaimed SPX effects are ubiquitous in sound reinforcement and recording applications.
Twenty-four updated SPX effects are included in the MG10XUF for versatile creative processing. The MG10XUF also
features a USB 2.0 audio interface capable of 24-bit/192kHz quality for playback of digital content from a PC, and/or
recording of the mixer’s output to DAW software such as the included Steinberg Cubase AI. USB Audio Class 2.0 is also
supported, allowing operation with USB Audio Class 2.0 compliant tablets and other devices without the need to install
driver software. The MG10XUF is also compatible with the Apple Camera Connection Kit or Lighting to USB Camera Adapter
for seamless recording and playback of digital audio to and from an iPad or iPhone.
With emphasis on durability, the versatile MG10XUF boasts practical features that ensure reliable operation in a
wide range of challenging conditions. A powder-coated steel chassis provides improved structural strength, while
the placement of the knobs above the surface of the chassis protects internal components by absorbing impact or pressure
applied to the knobs themselves.

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. After 14 days of the date of your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Books, Cd's and magazines are non-returnable.
  • Downloadable software products
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after purchase date.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so choose carefully.

If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at accounts@shearersmusic.co.nz.

Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 

If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumers Guarantee Act to provide a solution.

We only replace items if they are damaged or unfixable. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at accounts@shearersmusic.co.nz and send your item to:

Shearers Music Works cannot accept cancellation for product that has to be imported specially at the customer’s request. A deposit may be required at the time of order, and these products can only be returned if the product is faulty or does not conform to the product specifications.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track and trace service so that you can track your returned item to us.
