Wharfedale Pro Tourus+ A10 10″ Active Loudspeaker

The Wharfedale Pro Tourus+ A10 is a versatile 10″ active speaker boasting two-way bi-amplified Class D power, onboard Bluetooth/TWS wireless pairing, and FIR preset modes (NORMAL, LIVE, DJ, SPEECH) for optimized tuning in any environment.

Flexible Setup: Dual 35 mm pole-mount sockets at 0° and 3° allow you to angle the speaker for floor monitoring or front-of-house coverage.

Monitor Mode: The trapezoidal polypropylene cabinet features a 45° base angle, making the Tourus+ ideal for use as a floor monitor or main PA.

Accessories: Optional soft covers feature internal padding and secure handles for easy transport. Wall-mounted WPB-T+ brackets (model-specific for 8", 10", 12", and 15") offer up to 35° tilt and include cable routing for a clean install.

Hands-On Control: The rear-panel display provides intuitive access to presets, editable 3-band EQ, FIR filtering, and location-based modes to suit any setup.

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. After 14 days of the date of your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Books, Cd's and magazines are non-returnable.
  • Downloadable software products
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after purchase date.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so choose carefully.

If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at accounts@shearersmusic.co.nz.

Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 

If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumers Guarantee Act to provide a solution.

We only replace items if they are damaged or unfixable. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at accounts@shearersmusic.co.nz and send your item to:

Shearers Music Works cannot accept cancellation for product that has to be imported specially at the customer’s request. A deposit may be required at the time of order, and these products can only be returned if the product is faulty or does not conform to the product specifications.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track and trace service so that you can track your returned item to us.
